The Role


The Role


Lead the job evaluation and job analyst team to provide the job design and job evaluation processes and services for the company.
Manage the job design process encompassing job analysis and job evaluation to ensure all permanent positions in the company have current and evaluated job descriptions.
Manage the company job family model process ensuring that the job families remain current relevant.
Ensure managers, division heads, and supervisors are trained in job design and writing of job description as required.

Requirements


Requirements


Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business or Psychology.
Certified in Hay job analysis and job evaluation.
8+ years in HR generalist experience
6+ years in job analysis and evaluation
Good spread sheet skills, word processing skills and presentation skills.
