The RoleThe RoleKEO International Consultants is a highly ranked and award winning planning, architecture, engineering and project and construction management firm with offices in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Bahrain, Dubai, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Landscape Architect to work on some of the most prestigious and internationally recognised projects within the region. This role is a vital and integral part of our Strategy, Planning and Urban Development Division. Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following: • Directing and managing a team through day-to-day studio operations, including overseeing the production of high quality, international standard detailed design documents, project demands, external consultants and sub-consultants and the scheduling of multiple projects and related staff workloads. • Thorough understanding of the relationships between design and constructability, demonstrated by an extensive portfolio of built work for which on-site observation was performed. • Preparing construction documents, working drawings, materials, finishes and construction methods. • Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team of 3 to 5 staff members. |
RequirementsRequirementsQualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture with a minimum of 10 years of post-graduate experience. Membership of a professional Landscape Architecture Association would be beneficial. Previous experience gained within a Consultancy Firm and within the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
