Senior Landscape Architect

Job description / Role

- Design and construction of large scale landscape projects with full strong knowledge of soft scape, plant materials, soil parameters, hardscape, site furniture, paving, wooden elements, steel construction, retaining walls including concrete, boulders and embankments, grading, drainage, construction details, water features, landscape lighting, street lighting, theming analysis, children play equipment and playgrounds, and Open fields.
- Knowledge in irrigation design and installation with emphasis on the different systems in the market. Acquaintance with Central Control Irrigation Systems (CCIS) with Real Time Communication, and knowledge in pipe layout, drip system, spray irrigation and alike. Understanding in testing and commissioning of such systems is a must.
- Aware of landscape maintenance programs of mega projects.
- Familiar with Codes, Regulations and Guidelines of Landscape Architecture.
- Strong knowledge in the interface relation between mega projects landscape design and construction with buildings and infrastructure such as water networks, roads and ROW, treated sewage effluent network for irrigation, power supply etc.
- Risk and opportunity aware Listener Self-motivated and able to drive a project through from conception to completion package.
- Be able to draft and design using computer software such as CAD, Corel Draw, 3DMax, and alike. Knowledge in Computer tools to develop presentations, proposals, reports, land impact studies, and other requirement of the Client.

Requirements

Graduate with a formal degree of an accredited program in landscape architecture (undergraduate or graduate programs). Along with a minimum 15 years of demonstrable experience in the same field with 5 years GCC Experience.

Strong irrigation skills knowledge will give you an advantage when applying for this role.
