Job description / Role
This role is to be based in Dubai for a well known, international Cost Consultancy. You will lead a small team of Quantity Surveyors and eventually be responsible for growing the Dubai office which will look after all international bids and projects for the company.
Still taking a hands on approach, you will be responsible for formulating Cost Plans for major projects both in Dubai, the UAE and internationally. You will also be responsible for growing the office as projects are won with suitable cost management staff.
This is an excellent role for an experienced individual who wants to grow as the organization grows in the region.
Requirements
Must have UAE Cost Planning experience on major projects
Aged between 35 - 50 yrs
Degree educated within a Construction Management discipline
Loyal to employers as demonstrated on your CV
Able to start a new role in 1 month or less
