Job description / Role
My client a leading bank in the UAE is looking to hire a Senior Manager to help guide the Lean transformation program within Group IT. The candidate will provide expertise on Lean principles and how to apply them into information technology, provide required training and coaching to up-skill management, IT subject matter experts and the wider IT staff.
Requirements
The following skills are considered as essential.
• Experience of at least 4 successful implementations of Lean and 3+ years within IT.
• 2-4 years of management consultant experience.
• You will be expert in Lean methodologies, practices, approach and tool set.
• Experience with IT Governance, application development and maintenance and IT Infrastructure processes.
• Understanding of ITIL/COBIT and SDLC processes Financial Services knowledge
• Experience implementing Lean in IT organization or service organizations or Ops/Manufacturing environment (with IT knowledge)
