RequirementsRequirements Arabic speaker preferred or native English speaker Degree level education minimum CIPD or equivalent preferred 15 years minimum corporate learning & development experience essential Experience working in the Construction industry preferred Strong influencing ability at senior executive level Strategic thinking Ability to translate plans to action Ability to manage budgets Ability to directly line manage others |
