Job description / Role
This multinational organisation, world leaders in the construction industry, require a Senior Learning & Development Manager to define and develop the technical and behavioural capabilities of their Government client’s employees, supporting the achievement of a high performance organisation. Role will include:
• Developing learning requirements
• Capability planning and learning strategy
• Designing learning and development solutions
• Delivering learning and development solutions
• Leadership development
• Performance and talent management
• Evaluation of learning
Requirements
• Arabic speaker preferred or native English speaker
• Degree level education minimum
• CIPD or equivalent preferred
• 15 years minimum corporate learning & development experience essential
• Experience working in the Construction industry preferred
• Strong influencing ability at senior executive level
• Strategic thinking
• Ability to translate plans to action
• Ability to manage budgets
• Ability to directly line manage others
