Job description / Role
Our client, a well renowned Real Estate company in the UAE, has an immediate requirement for a Senior Leasing Consultant for their Residential and Commercial Real Estate portfolio.
The purpose of the role is to oversee the existing tenants and manage all leasing and contractual documents. Acting as the first point of contact for the tenants and ensuring that queries and issues are followed up proactively.
Enhancement of existing occupancy rate and tenancy revenues.
Management of tenancy fee and rent collection process.
Expansion of the existing client database and identifying opportunities to enhance the portfolio of clients.
All administration related to tenancy agreements, lease administration and contractual obligations.
Coordination with maintenance, facilities and operations to ensure the smooth running of the properties.
Conduct and manage the weekly property inspection and recommend areas for improvement and/or enhancement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to maintain strong relations with existing customers.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years in Property Management
Experience in Real Estate within the UAE
Knowledge of UAE Local Real Estate and Government bodies and regulations
Fluency in English and Arabic an advantage
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
