The RoleThe RoleMy client is a local real estate company and they are currently looking for an experienced Senior Leasing Consultant to join their team in Dubai Job purpose: Enhance department deliveries and implement leasing strategy and action plan Achieve maximum occupancy Responsibilities: Improve occupancy rate and rent income Rent collection management Lease agreements administration Accurately administrate all documentations and communications related to department Build solid client data base Coordinate internally with maintenance and operations team and externally with tenants and authorities Support in the marketing efforts of vacant properties Keeping update with local authorities requirements Develop and maintain good and productive relation with tenants Conduct weekly property inspection and come up with recommendations to enhance services and exposure of our portfolio Update property report on a weekly basis Participate in the department weekly meeting |
RequirementsRequirements5 to 7 years property leasing experience preferably from a well established property management or brokerage company Minimum 2 years of postgraduate diploma or higher preferably in Real Estate related industry Must have spent at least 2 years with local Property Management or Development Company. Proficient in communicating in English language, Arabic will be an added advantage Excellent knowledge of MS office package UAE experience is highly preferred Drivers license is required |
