Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) is the real estate development and operations arm of Al-Futtaim group which is headquartered in Dubai. It also boasts a stunning Marina and some of the emirate's most photographed sunset vistas.The award winning Festival Centre has recently added the Five Star award Best Retail Development at the Arabian Property Awards 2010, and two other prestigious Retail City awards - Mall of the Year and Best Retail Destination of the Year.Al Futtaim Group Real Estate are looking for a Senior Leasing Manager to oversee the residential and commercial leasing in Dubai Festival City.   You will assist in the leasing at a reasonable market value for all Dubai Festival City commercial and residential aspects and environs including Festival Tower, Marsa Plaza, Al Badia Hillside and DFC Portacabins. You will manage the leasing and renewals on the AFGRE portfolio and ensure the said are undertaken in a professional and timely manner with sound market knowledge. You will also manage the third party leasing team.You will be responsible for:* Business development* Leasing* Client relationships* Interdepartmental relationships* Processing of lease enquiries* Reporting* Lease negotiations* Review of final agreements* Budgets

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:* Minimum 8 years experience in handling property leasing/portfolio management including lease negotiations and management with a reputable real estate company in the MENA region with sound knowledge of written & spoken English.Minimum Experience: * Minimum 8 years, of which at least 3 years at a managerial levelJob-Specific Skills: * Indepth knowledge and experience in the development of large sized multi usage properties in terms of concept development; identifying & developing strategies that best meets the market demands and trends* Strong knowledge of business economics so as to develop revenue projection models* Very good understanding of financial reports, cost, earning analysis, and figures relating to profitability and gross margin* Good understanding of the regional and local real estate/property development market* Thorough understanding of the terms and conditions of the lease agreements from legal as well as financial perspective* Has the ability to identify the difference of product from other offerings in the market and participate in the development of marketing strategies based on bestselling point and competitiveness of the product* Good public speaker & has the ability to influence audience & present ideasBehavioural Competencies:* Sound knowledge of written and Spoken English, capacity to manage varying cultures and personalities, Good interpersonal skills.
