Senior Leasing Manager
Location: Doha Qatar
Sector: Retail
Role:
To work supporting the leasing director with all aspects of leasing for a major new shopping mall in Doha. The role will include managing lease agreements, ensuring correct mix of tenants. Preparing leasing plans and creating tenant profiles.
Essential Requirements:
Retail background
Currently doing a similar role in the Middle East for Mega Shopping malls
Competent knowledge of high end retail tenant mix
Able to manage and implement lease agreements and create leasing plans
Degree Qualified
Strong preference for Arabic speaker but not essential
Requirements
Candidate:
The successful candidate will already be a Leasing Manager in the retail sector and used to working in a high pressure fast paced environment whilst maintaining an organised and methodical approach to leasing. Must be a retail specialist with Middle East experience
