The RoleThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced construction/real estate legal professional to join our team based in Dubai. This is a stand alone post although administrative support will be provided where necessary. Accountabilities: Represent the organization in legal disputes and proceedings Provide legal advice, guidance and services to department heads Recommend, select and instruct legal representatives as and when required Provide input and advice on any contract, negotiations and legal agreements the organization may enter. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law from a reputable university. A minimum of 5 years experience of legal roles within construction and real estate industry. Experience of local market (UAE) regulations and laws pertaining to commercial contracting and private real estate. Very strong negotiation skills and experience of dealing with 3rd party contractors and ideally client’s representatives. Knowledge of property related paperwork such as land documents and title deeds. |
