Job description / Role
You will focus on all areas of financing and lending. Therefore, having an understanding of the nuances for these areas within various Africa legal frameworks will be most beneficial.
Agreements may be around facilities, credit, securitization. Also, assessing the quality of loans and securities will be of importance.
Requirements
You should have a minimum of 6 yrs PQE and preferably been in-house with a financial services firm.
You need to be admitted into at least on jurisdiction within Africa.
You need to be willing to travel.
