Job description / Role
Our client are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel who will report to the CEO. You will be responsible for the set-up of the Legal team and be the principle resource for offering sound legal counsel, risk assessment and protection to the company against any legal exposure.
Areas of expertise you need to identify in your application are; Joint ventures, UAE laws, Corporate governance, contracts & Leadership.
Requirements
You will have at least 10 years of experience within Industry, and be fluent in Arabic and English both written and verbal.
You will hold a degree from a recognized University in Law and will have experience of working within a multi-national company.
