Senior Legal Counsel

Job description / Role

Company:
Our client is a leading provider of real estate and infrastructure project management services. They are currently looking to recruit a Senior Legal Counsel to be based in Doha

Duties:
Provide legal advice
Review contracts and agreements and ensure their compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Approve new products and transactions

Requirements

The Role:
- Degree in Law from Internationally recognized university.
- 10-15 years experience
- Experience in real estate and/or construction industry is required.
- GCC experience is required
- International experience is preferred
- Ability to analyze and interpret legal issues and propose solutions to them
- Fluency in Arabic & English
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
