Our client is based in the DIFC and invest in property.

We're searching for a senior legal expert to deal with the IPO which will occur in the coming months.

Reporting to the CEO, this is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a growing business, led by experts in their field.

This is a hands-on role which would suit a dynamic career-focussed individual.

Requirements


Requirements


Candidates must have strong experience in the Real Estate industry, and ideally knowledge of real estate funds.

Must have excellent knowledge of UAE Labour Law, UAE general Law, DIFC compliance.

Should have experience dealing with M&A, compliance and reporting for the DFSA.

Candidates must be qualified with an internationally recognised qualification gained from either UK, Australia, USA.

Salary AED 50-60k
