Job description / Role
- Deliver timely legal advice to a specific area of the organisation in order to enable the business to be commercially successful whilst legally and statutorily sound.
- Review, draft commercial contracts in respect of third party relationships.
- Assist senior legal professionals in identifying the potential risks associated with commercial proposals.
- Stay abreast of internal and external developments so that future impacts on the business can be identified
- Contribute to the technical development of the team by providing a coaching/mentoring service.
- Implement and deliver to policies, guidelines and procedures within the scope of responsibility, reviewing their quality and efficiency and formulating recommendations for improvements that meet best practice and business objectives.
- Manage relationships with business stakeholders to ensure a high quality integrated service is provided on time and to budget.
Manage mid-sized Legal projects in order to improve Legal service provision to the business or act as a key resource in large-scale projects.
- Collate and analyse relevant management information to assist business decision-making.
- Study and review the cases, and prepare lawsuit notes.
- Submit reports to his manager on the critical cases and claims and demonstrate the risks.
- Study the implementing regulations, rules, decrees and instructions that related to the company business, and propose the suggestions and recommendations to the Director.
- Representation the company toward the external authorities either (legal or otherwise) as assigned by his the manager.
- Demonstrate the loopholes in business procedure and propose the suggestions to take the right action to be corrected.
- Prepare the correspondences and collect documents and data related to the cases and contracts.
Requirements
* University degree in Law or Sharea.
* Experience not less than 3 years in the area of legal field.
* English speaker.
* Very good in managing people.
* Problem Solving skill.
* Management Skills.
* Very good in analyzing.
