Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

Taking the lead on issues involving two or more Business Units or issues involving one Business Unit that could impact the entire organization.

Managing the passage of communications and information from governmental organizations back to the relevant Supreme POC to co-ordinate a positive response, follow up and close-out with a successful solution.

Promoting of the Supreme Brand as a brand ambassador.

Leadership.

Managing the LO Teams Contribution towards ideas and initiatives that improve overall service performance and a positive effect on Supreme’s working capital.

Establishing and maintaining a working relationship with all the stakeholders. Participating in team activities and meetings for the achievement of organizational goals.

Representing the organization in a professional manner at all times.

Identifying Business Development Opportunities.
Managing the LO Teams development of processes and procedures for the military, civilian and internal customers liaised with on a daily.

Providing the LO Team with guidance and support to achieve their required duties.

Providing the LO Teams with training and development opportunities to enhance themselves personally and professionally.

Managing the LO Team’s completion of reports and returns as required.
Managing the preparation of detailed briefs for stakeholders as required.

Requirements

SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential:
Education: minimum of a Bachelors Degree, Pre-Commissioning Course, Military Career Courses (promotion courses, Corps specific courses)
Experience: Strong work history in a Commercial field (operations) and Military fields (operational and protocol). 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Desirable:
Customer Service background.
Prior experience in the commercial or military logistics field preferred but not essential.

WORK ENVIRONMENT FACTORS:
Working in remote and arduous locations
Regular International Travel to destinations including Afghanistan, Africa etc.
Health and Safety accountability statements.
