Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a market leading Top Tier international private practice law firm with offices throughout the GCC. Due to the expansion of the litigation team in their well-established Dubai office, our client is looking to hire a bilingual (Arabic / English) Senior Litigation Associate to join their thriving team.
Supporting the well-respected Head of Litigation in Dubai, you will specialise in civil and commercial litigation, using your established legal knowledge and skills to service a host of leading clients and becoming the "go to" person in relation to this area of expertise. You will be involved in conducting research, facing off to clients both on the phone and in person, dealing with the relevant contacts in court and providing expert opinions in both English and Arabic.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5-7 years PQE. You should be educated in the UK, Australia/New Zealand or US at a top institution and have completed your training at either a Magic Circle or Top Tier firm.
Our client has stated a preference for candidates that are admitted to practice in the UK, Australia or the US, however applications from elsewhere will also be considered, particularly if you have experience within the GCC. It is essential that you are fluent in both Arabic and English (including drafting).
