Senior Litigation Attorney - Saudi Arabia

Leading Practise Expansion post

A leading and high profile law firm in the GCC are seeking to bring on board a Senior Dispute Attorney for their expanding Saudi Arabia practise.

The clients in question have built up a solid portfolio of clients in the GCC and are ideally seeking a suitable Saudi Attorney who is familiar with the Saudi Courts and procedures.

This is a Senior Level position where the suitable candidate will have to have several years of practising exposure to the Saudi Arabian Market. Clients will need to be able to attend court, build up a portfolio of clients and be familiar with the jurisdiction.

An internationally ranked law firm in the UAE are seeking a senior lawyer for their Dubai office. The is an expansion position where the chosen senior candidate will be working with the some countries most high profile companies.

The law firm in question have a sterling reputation and ideally seeking Saudi Admitted lawyer who has a background to reflect this. They have a solid presence in the KSA with offices thought Dubai, Riyadh and Jeddah. They are regularly ranked in legal 500 and the Partners often feature in articles and publications in the region.

The position is a mid level /senior post and will require candidate to remain within regular contact with clients of the firms. Marketing the firms profile and winning new over new work will be expected alongside the ability delegate to more junior members is a requirement.

Requirements

- Be fully Saudi Admitted and able to communicate both Arabic and English (reading, writing & speaking)
- Be able to win work and promote the firm.
- Capable at hitting personal targets consistently.
- Advice client on best course of action and provide sound advise in terms of alternative dispute resolution.
- Need to have some level of common law education (LL.M, Diploma, etc.)
- This is an assignment which was passed on through referral and the strictest of confidence is being enforced throughout the recruitment process.

Benefits
Due to the jurisdiction most candidates can expect full, tax free, expat package which will include medical and flights back to their home jurisdiction. The actual salary will be between 70,000 85,000 Pounds depending on experience.
