The RoleThe RoleTo Plan daily and periodical dispatch and transport of Petroleum Products. Reviews daily sales orders for petroleum products and to plan daily dispatch program schedules to ensure smooth and prompt delivery of products to customers, depots and filling stations. Supports Logistics Division Manager in a variety of planning, budgeting and engineering duties, to improve quality of work and optimize the utilization of financial and other resources. Functions: • Reviews daily computerised sales orders from Corporate and Retail Sales and all petroleum product requirements from Depots. Supervises the preparation of the daily dispatch schedules according to sales priorities and forwards them to Dispatch office for processing. • Directs and supervises the daily dispatch program for aviation products. Supports Logistics Division Manager in a variety of planning, budgeting and engineering duties, to improve quality of work and optimize the utilization of financial and other resources. • Plans the daily dispatch program for bulk orders, scheduling monthly, biweekly and weekly deliveries and forwards them to Dispatch office for action. Plan for the Logistics Division, region wise, the future resources requirements, storage capacity, loading capacity, fleet size addition & manpower addition. • Schedule the resources requirements (equipment, vehicles and manpower) for the upcoming depot and there availability milestone on a Gantt chart. • Receives estimated yearly petroleum products quantity requirements from Corporate Sales Division. Prepares estimated product supply quantities for the year to be sent to Adnoc Marketing. • Review and forwards weekly program for 13 weeks estimated products quantity requirement to Logistics Division Manager for approval and forwarding to ADNOC-Marketing and Refined Product and Gas & Special Products Divisions. • Forecast estimated monthly requirements of contractor’s vehicles haulage to meet the changes / increased Corporate & Fuel Sales requirements. • Ensures coordination with Dispatch office and coordinates with Control Room regarding any product contamination or product spillage reported during loading or transportation of products. Monitor closely the fleet related operating expenses & capital budget. Reviews the Preparation of various performance reports and submits to Logistics Div. Manager |
RequirementsRequirements- BSc in Mech Engineering - 8 years experience in a similar role, in oil/gas, in planning , budgeting organizing products distribution , transport, scheduling - Good knowledge of English and Arabic, written & spoken - PC user , to be able use required application |
