Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Project Director for a €50M (MEP) high rise luxury hotel project in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in building services and have experience on similar sized projects with middle east experience an advantage but not essential.

Requirements

Proven track record of completing a large scale MEP project from startup to completion including full commercial responsibility.

Managing a large multi-disciplined team

Must have either a mechanical or electrical background but have a solid understanding of both.

Be familiar with standard reporting systems and be capable of producing project status reports.

Must be able to balance a relationship with client and major stakeholders between developing a relationship and contractual correspondence when required.
