Job description / Role
ABOUT CLIENT:
An exciting opportunity with an established leading Middle East based National Oil Company.
JOB PURPOSE & SCOPE:
- Typical work involved will be design of preventive maintenance programs, participate in shutdown planning and associated maintenance planning.
- Participates in the Management of 3MS in the assigned area including user support.
- Assists in the design of preventive maintenance programs
- Prepares analytical/statistical reports associated with maintenance activities, performance, cost, failure, resources and assets for various equipment.
- Participates in the scheduling, preparation and execution of shutdowns.
- Coordinates spare parts budget, order, reconditioning, write-off etc.
- Collects & prepares data on new equipment for the 3MS including spec sheets, failure hierarchy, safety plans, preventive maintenance activities.
Requirements
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. A university degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
2. A related 7 years experience in maintenance and maintenance planning in the oil/gas production or petrochemical industry.
3. Should have experience in maintenance system operation, database/functional modeling, system development life cycle methodologies and database management systems.
