Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Leading business development activities in corporate banking across segments trading, manufacturing, contracting, real estate and multinationals in Dubai and NE. Primary objective is new-to-bank business to support in achieving growth in assets and business revenue. Assisting Head of Business development to achieve the set objectives.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Main task is NTB acquisition
Identify large corporate prospects, establish senior contacts, present ADCB proposition, discuss opportunities where ADCB could assist in financing
Present the case internally to obtain preliminary business clearance in order to issue Indicative terms sheet to prospects.
Prepare proposals based on information obtained from the companies and process for internal credit approvals
Establish and maintain a working rapport with customers by providing expertise in identifying their financial needs and the deployment of banks products and services to the fulfillment of these needs.
Support other coverage teams in preparation of Credit Proposals of NTB borrowers, where the names have been introduced by the business development team.
Dedicated sales coordination across corporate banking group in Dubai & NE.
Business planning on new target markets / business sectors.
Plan calls via calling schedules and submit relevant call reports and correspondence.
Work with product partners & other divisions (Treasury / Consumer Banking) to improve cross sell and support the overall profitability.
Adhere to Risk Management / Credit Division for their support on Credit Applications and involve in discussions with RM & TL as required.
Assist in managing Sales pipeline Management process/reports.

Requirements

Minimum Education Level:
Master's Degree

Professional Qualification:
Master's Degree in Business Administration

Experience:
Minimum 6 years experience of corporate banking. Candidates with prior experience in business development would be preferred.
