Job description / Role
The candidate will be working closely within Human Resources team and will be a professional with strong experience; primarily responsible to develop and manage career development plan of employees.
Duties & Responsibilities will entail:
- Plan, implement and monitor development programs such as leadership programs, graduate specialistion course, intensive subject training etc.
- Organise workshops and seminars for Senior Management.
- Coordinate with department to implement succession planning, ensuring competent employees are in place to fill in vacant key positions.
- Provides professional direction and guidance to subordinates and evaluates their performance and carries out counseling to improve performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in education management or equivalent.
- Applicants with Master's degree will be given an added advantage.
- 6-8 years of related experience in training management with substantial experience in Managing the Career Development System in a large and reputable organization.
