The Role


The Role


Our client is a leading UAE Developer. They currently seek a Senior Manager for their Community Management division. Reporting to the Director of Community Management the Senior Manager will be responsible for the direct management of Assistant Managers who in turn will manage their teams operating within each residential community. They will work closely with internal departments such as Finance, Facilities Management, Marketing and with the homeowners themselves.

They will be accountable for the following:

• Community Management
• Budget
• Homeowners Association Management
• Service Provider Management
• Coordination
• Correspondence
• Reporting

• Degree qualified
• Experience at a similar level within a similar organisation
• Good IT skills
• Good organisational skills
• Good communication (written and oral)
• Excellent English Language skills
• Ability to mentor and develop teams
• Strong problem solving and research skills
