Job description / Role
Heading the corporate finance and business planning function reporting to CFO.
- Prepare and monitor the company 5 year corporate plans.
- Manage Treasuring function including deployment of surplus funds.
- Develop MIS system and update and report on regular basis.
- Drive automation of manual reporting using various tools and working with IT & advise on ways of improving business performance
- Prepare feasibility studies for various upcoming projects for fund raising/debt financing
- Prepare and facilitate the implementation of the annual corporate calendar
- Debt raising and maturing strategic relations with the financial institutions.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly management financial analysis to improve operational effeciacies.
- Establish work programs for financial planning, and investment ; Building capabilities for the function to deliver as per expectations.
- Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs.
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
- Understanding business process management and business requirements of the customers and translating them to specific solution
- Evaluating information gathered from multiple sources.
- Analyzing the data held and used within a business system to offer insights into how the system operates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Finance or related field.
- CA, ACCA, CFA, CMA, CPA or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years experience in analytical role
- Financial Planning and Budgeting
- Strong analytical skills coupled with business intelligence, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret the business needs and translate them into systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers.
