Senior Manager – Graphic

Job description / Role

My client is a large iconic hospitality company, looking for a Senior Manager, Graphics to lead the in-house Art workers team in creative strategy and innovative, unique content.

The Senior Manager, Graphics will report into the Director and manage, train, and develop five Art Workers. They will brainstorm, conceptualize and develop designs for clients. They will play a role in the pitch process, presenting concepts, sell creative, and develop new ideas with key internal stakeholders. They will coordinate and organize incoming and outgoing deliverables to ensure deliverables are on time. The Senior Manager will supervise the print production and liaising with suppliers.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years experience working in a design agency
Strong Portfolio of graphic design, brand identity, and campaigns
Be a strong conceptualizing and thinking creatively
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent presentation skills and experience working on various pitches
