The Role


Our client, a well renowned Education institution in the UAE, has an immediate requirement for a Senior Manager - HR to join their team in the Abu Dhabi corporate office.

The purpose of the role is to work with Top Management on the creation and implementation of world class HR policies and procedures, ensuring the alignment of the Human Resources function with the long and short term organisational goals and objectives.

Manage the HR team, standards of performance and ensure professional HR services.

HR policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements, best practice and organisational objectives.

Support and advice for Line Managers on the implementation of policies and procedures.

Allocation of HR budget and resources between multiple departments and projects.

MIS Reporting on HR KPI's to ensure that the agreed service delivery level is being achieved.

Creation, implementation and monitoring of Recruitment, Learning and Development and Health and Safety strategies.

Ensure that HR initiatives are achieved on time and within budget.

Requirements


Requirements


10-15 years of experience in Human Resources

Bachelors Degree from a recognised university

Generalist role would be preferred

Experience in the education sector

Team management experience

Excellent communication skills, senior management presentations and support and advice to line managers
