Senior Manager - IT and Business - Core Banking

Our Banking client is looking to hire a Senior Manager.

The purpose of this job is to ensure that the relationship between technology and business is managed effectively in order for IT to achieve strategic alignment between IT and business.

This is a key role for my client and the right candidate will have extensive IT and Core banking experience as well as strong business experience and understanding of the current market.

Requirements

- Manages the demand and delivery between business and IT.
- Act as a Business Partner between business units and Group IT.
- Responsible for ensuring development of business case, benefit realization plans by business units.
- As well as the above facilitating issue resolution during project delivery, benefit realization plans and facilitate with change requests is very important.
- Responsible for coordinating with business units for allocation of adequate resources for UAT.
- Build relationships and business partnerships with all levels of stakeholders.
- To keep abreast of industry and technical knowledge.
