Senior Project Manager - Banking experience is a must!!!
The purpose of this job is to ensure that the relationship between technology and business is managed effectively in order for IT to achieve strategic alignment between IT and business.
This is a key role for my client and the right candidate will have extensive IT and Core banking experience as well as strong business experience and understanding of the current market.
This includes planning, facilitating the approval processes, communication with project boards and reporting to PMO and IT Management.
This role will ensure that project and change management processes are carried out in alignment with the governance processes such as use of EPM, project management methodologies etc.
This role is also responsible for maintaining production systems to the SLA targets for availability, incident response and resolution and reduction of incidents through problem management.
Requirements
Have thorough experience in implementing full life cycle of a project.
Managing multiple project teams.
Programming knowledge (desirable).
Good understanding of the high level technical application architecture and design.
Good understanding to the technical application security, compliance and Audit requirements.
