Job description / Role
Our client is looking to hire a Senior Manager - Lean Transformation to ensure the entire organisation is brought into the Lean philosophy.
This role will work closely with senior IT leaders to guide the Lean Transformation program within Group IT. You will provide expertise on Lean principles and how to apply them into information technology. You will also provide training and coaching to up-skill management, IT subject matter experts and the wider IT staff. This role will project manage the transformation, consisting of a number of projects initially alongside the Consulting Partner, to understand and embed the Lean IT methodology.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold an IT based Degree and ideally a Lean Black Belt certification. You should have more than 3 years’ experience in IT and 2 to 4 years’ management consulting experience coupled with a minimum of 4 successful Lean implementations. You should be an expert in Lean methodologies, practices, approach and tool set as well as IT governance, application development, maintenance and IT Infrastructure processes. You should also have an understanding of ITIL/COBIT and SDLC practices.
