Employment: Full Time

As the Senior Manager- Loyalty you will be managing a team which is tasked with developing the customer loyalty framework and metrics, the business capability to effectively manage customer value; and leading marketing propositions and activities which maximise customer value and minimise customer churn across all customer segments. You will be responsible of taking product ownership and development of the strategy which transforms the existing loyalty scheme into one which is world class and resonates with our customer base, overseeing and coordinating the end-to-end consumer loyalty plan and roadmap, leading the communication of the plan across the organisation, overseeing and coordinating the delivery and execution of the plan and the roadmap, working with Ooredoo Group and its OpCo's to constantly be implementing best practices gained throughout the group and bring on board 3rd party partners from across the region that will benefit the entire group, alignment with the consumer segment heads in terms of how the loyalty scheme needs to be developed with their customers in mind, ensuring that all 3rd party providers deliver the benefits and the results intended and manage the corrective actions to the program in a timely manner and managing a high performing team of up to 3 direct reports. 

Requirements

* You should a minimum of 8 years of working experience in related industry (Telecommunications, banking, airlines) with a university degree.
* Excellent problem solving skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to understand the market through sophisticated analysis
* Ability to translate the analysis into easily digestible communications and presentations
