Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Objectives:
Leading and managing the Marketing activities & Public Relations in the company, in order to achieve agreed objectives and in accordance with the company's strategic plans.

Main responsibilities:

STRATEGIC
- Contributing to the overall strategy formulation of the company through the development of a strategy for Public Relations & Marketing activities that will participate to the achievement of the overall company's objectives.
- Implementing the strategy effectively in a way to enhance company reputation in a cost effective matter
- Develop business plans for Public Relations & Marketing to support the overall company's strategy, vision and mission. As such, the business plan shall include deliverables, required resources, recruitment, budget, etc.
- Set and obtain approval, for the division's targets on a yearly basis.

OPERATIONAL
- Contribute to the image of the company as a world-class organization.
- Ensure consistent branding of company corporate image is being carried throughout the various forms of communication.
- Continuously endeavor to improve the reputation and brand awareness of the company
- Develop and maintain a master client database for current and potential clients & ensure completeness of client information and documents.
- Insure proper customer relationship management system is in place.
- Continuously seek to develop new Public Relations with the view of understanding their requirements and future needs.
- Develop plans and establish a process to maintain regular contact (direct and indirect) with the current clients and investors.
- Create plans to promote company products and services with input from the core functions of the company.
- Ensure the proper marketing of the company products and services in line with company strategy and agreed objectives.
- Directly handle and oversee any client complaints in coordination with the relevant internal committee. Ensure timely and proper actions are taken.
- Continuously channel client feedback to the General Manager and relevant Heads of Department; participate to the product development efforts and contribute to company innovation strategy.
- Develop and ensure proper reporting and follow-up systems are in place to monitor the progress of assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
- Ensure the development of a proper Information Management System that will provide adequate and professional internal and external reporting.
- Monitor the performance of Client relationship & Marketing division against the agreed objectives. Ensure corrective actions are taken if necessary
- Develop, in collaboration with Risk Management, policies and procedures for the Client Relationship & Marketing division.
- Ensure strong adherence to Company's policies & procedures, as well as ethic code.
- Serves and promotes the vision, mission, values and strategic goals of the company.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT (Not applicable if there are no direct reportees)
- Monitor the progress of the division and evaluate their achievements; help them in planning their careers, and develop a training plan for their professional development through in-house and external training programs.
- Ensure the highest level of motivation for the division and develop the proper tools to encourage the highest achievements.

Reporting to: Internal: General Manager / Division Heads

Other interactions: External: Clients and prospects located in and outside Kuwait (Institutions, corporate, HNWI) / Media

Duration: Permanent
Probation: 100 Working days
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday - 08:00 to 15:00
Travel requirements: If Needed

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, M.B.A is preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of extensive experience, preferably in investment sector.
