Employment: Full Time

Senior Manager PI Oil & Gas- Kuwait - Contractual
Qualifications
· Finance/ Engineering and/ or MBA degrees

Key Experience;
· 12 years experience relevant industry experience having worked internationally working within a major Oil & Gas operator or consulting for numerous operators on projects.
· Deep knowledge of industry, experience in upstream industry with functional expertise ; strategy, process improvement & finance.
· Project and programme management experience - strong statistical aptitude and an ability to diagnose complex problems.
· Prior consultancy experience.

Personal Attributes;

· Fluent written and spoken English, bi-lingual Arabic is a plus
· Good people manager- experience in managing people and teams.
· Excellent presentation skills & Business development skills
· Happy to relocate to Kuwait
· Happy to travel 30-40% of year
· Ability to obtain visas in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia
· Must have a valid drivers license

Requirements

Job is on a contractual basis. The successful candidate will have a deep knowledge of Performance improvement within the Oil & gas sector having worked for or consulted with major operators.
Job requires travel around the MENA region up to about 30% of the year.
