The Role


The Role


Coordinate, author and implement the Customer Services business plan.

Define key strategies and incorporate changes in and monitor evolving market conditions.

Review all projects and initiatives with relevant departments and report to Customer Services Executive Director.

Ensure objectives are achieved in line with targets and boost commitment across the organisation.

Requirements


Requirements


Minimum of 15 years experience in large organisation of which 5 years experience in a planning role. It would be very beneficial to have a background in Telecommunications.

Would also need to have strong analytical skills and experience providing strategic recommendations. And project management experience.

Bachelor's Degree.
