The RoleThe RoleObjective: Product Development for Bancassurance. Main Responsibilities: 1) Provide Quotations. 2) Prepare Product Documents. 3) Liaise with Reinsurers. 4) Prepare Reinsurance Documents. Reporting to : VP, Product Development - Bancassurance. Subordinates : Manager, Product Development. Other Interactions : Bancassurance Team. Underwriting Team. Call Center Team. Finance Department. Reinsurance Department. IT Department. Number required : 2 Duration : Permanent. Desired start date : Immediately. Probation : 6 Months. Working hours : 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM - 5 days / week. Travel requirements : If required. Gross monthly base salary : As per Company Policy. Commission / Bonus : As per Company Policy. Other Benefits : Family Medical Insurance + Group Life Insurance + Family Annual air Tickets |
RequirementsRequirementsUniversity qualifications: Graduate in Economics/ Commerce/ Banking/ Finance/ Insurance. Other certifications: Professional qualification in Insurance. i.e. AIII, ACII. Previous experience: Minimum 5 years of Individual and Group Life Insurance underwriting, Policy drafting and reinsurance experience. Specialist knowledge: Life Insurance Product development. Other Skills : Leadership ability, negotiation skills and communication skills. Ideal Age Range : 25 - 30 Gender Preference : Any Nationality Preference: Any Language Skills : Excellent Communication skills in English both written and verbal. Current Residence : Anywhere |
