Senior Manager - Relationship Management - Institutional Sales / Government Accounts

Objectives:
To manage a unit of maximum 3 Relationship executives and two relationship agents that has a self and team client base up to 100,000 members to maintain 80% retention rate in order to achieve profitability within company Strategy and values.

Main responsibilities:
- Building, maintaining and enhancing relationship with clients to develop long term satisfaction ?
- Supervise the portfolio of their team and ensure retention is achieved as per AOP Analyze business problems, create effective solutions, exercise good judgement
- Analyze and understand commercial and technical results to negotiate with clients price increase
- Manage the entire sales process in line with the sales strategy and in strict adherence to the defined stages of the sales pipeline.
- Support in ad-hoc projects assigned
- Manage Debtor Book of the portfolio
- Relationship /Communication / People Management
- Understand Market and competitor activity

Reporting to: Head - Corporate Sales
Subordinates: 3 Relationship Executives, 2 Relationship Agents
Other interactions: Institutional Sales and Government Accounts
Duration: Permanent

Requirements

- University Graduate
- Field experience is a must
- Experience managing Institutional Sales and Government Accounts is essential
- Minimum 6-9 years experience
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Arabic speaking is a must
- Position based in Riyadh
