Employment: Full Time

The Senior Manager Retail Business Operation role will be entrusted to manage the retail functions delegated to the Small and Medium Businesses; the role will interact closely with Marketing and Business Teams.

- Establish the SME direct sales teams functions inside the retail channel.
- Develop incentive schemes & models.
- Responsible for setting the short, mid & long terms plan for the Retail SMB with the corporate marketing & customer experience teams.
- Prepared & launched the Retail SMB functions inside Etisalat including marketing sizing, segmentation, and strategy plan & hiring.
- Participated in tailoring the retail SMB (SME & SOHO) offers, tariffs & products portfolio.
- Prepare the Full year retail marketing plan including sales activities based on the retail banding & according to the local factors.
- Create the Business lounge Zone inside the retail channel serving the Enterprise, SME & SOHO customers.
- Increase the Annual business Revenue by 15 % from the direct channel.
- Participating in setting the Annual training plan for all Retail B2B direct Sales Team.
- Define the Segment cross selling & up selling activity & identify which accounts will be targeted with coordination of the field manage.
- Ensuring the Retail B2B channel are following on the agreed process, standardization & customer experience.
- Recommends required actions to improve performance & quality of service of each store.
- Works with different supporting section such as Marketing and Business to enhance the business in the stores.
- Develop and execute training plan for SOHO sales skills, offerings and business products and services.
- Manage and monitor lead generation and handover of business leads and accounts to Corporate Sales department.
- Review proactive marketing and sales initiatives submitted by stores and outlets.
- Validate initiatives with Retail Operations Director.
- Develop plans for execution involving relevant functions, support implementation and measure results thereof.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 6-8 years of experience in business development, product marketing or retail sales.
- Applicants should display a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and objectives.
