Senior Manager – Sales & Marketing

Job description / Role

This individual will be part of the sales and marketing initiative of this MNC and its brand name

Key Responsibilities:
• Increase specific Product Market share and its brand image on the market
• Creating and implementing business activities for the product related to the designated business unit
• Controlling and coordinating various functions related internal and external parties
• Continuously monitor daily, weekly, monthly forecasted sales vs. actuals
• Monitor and achieve all sales KPI’s e.g. forecast accuracy, sales capability, Lead and develop a dynamic sales team, establishing their KPI’s and annual goals
• Actively manage personal and teams Sales Activity targets
• Monitor and manage the activity of the organisation's Merchandising partner to ensure maximum exposure of the brand with optimal cost
• Carrying out various activities in cooperation with Retail shop owners
• Ensuring synergy across all departments in relation to products to allow maximum output
• Making every effort to maximize the profitability of the business units through present and long term sales objectives and actions

Requirements

Desired skills & Experience:
• 7 - 10 years’ experience in a similar position
• FMCG, Consumer Goods or Consumer Electronics industry experience
• Must have distributor experience – worked closely and managed distributors
• Sales and Marketing experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Arabic speaker would be desirable
