Charterhouse is working with a significant competitor in the professional services market who is looking to supplement their Kuwait based team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional who has worked in the valuations area to join this growing area of their business. Our client is looking to hire a Senior Manager.
As Senior Manager you will work closely with the Directors and Partner to develop and steer the business whilst managing various valuation assignments. Your remit will include understanding the clients requirements, producing the valuation and the subsequent presentation to the Directors / Partners and then to the client. As a senior member of the office you will coach and mentor junior members of the team as well as assist Partners and Directors in generating new business opportunities and building client networks throughout the region.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a strong academic record ideally with a MBA, CA, ACCA or CFA professional qualification coupled with 7 to 9 years valuations experience preferably with a professional services firm. You should have the ability to produce structured written material explaining the approach and methodologies used and logical arguments in support of any valuation conclusions. Due to the seniority of this role you should have previously directed engagements and be able to demonstrate an ability to generate new business opportunities. Arabic speaking skills or GCC experience would be highly beneficial. Our client has expressed a preference for a candidate with Western qualifications.
