Job description / Role
The right candidate would have experience in running cards business in Retail bank, debit or credit and would be an expert in Visa and MasterCard card Operations. As well as being very strong technically in the area of cards he / she would need to possess strong leadership skills.
Duties:
Managing a team of 15 people
Review SLA, investigate why we are not achieving SLA if at all,
Work with outsourcer/vendor,
Interact with VISA and Master card,
Check control reports for GL,
Interact with cards product owners to support in delivering cards,
Oversight of card production,
Oversight of card fraud monitoring unit,
Review costs and lead projects related to card operations.
Interact with IT.
Requirements
Requirements:
Experienced in running card operations in retail bank.
Expert in Visa and MasterCard card Operations
10 to 15 years’ experience
Fluency in Arabic would be a plus
Strong leadership skills
