Senior Marketing & AMO Compliance Administrator

Job description / Role

This position is a unique dual role created to service the needs of the marketing and business development department and is combined with AML Compliance. Working with this friendly international legal firm, the role will maintain effective client services and enhance business development to the Middle East offices by providing marketing support through various means of marketing materials, client communications and business development events. In addition, it will involve the preparation and maintenance of client verifications for purposes of compliance with anti-money laundering rules, procedures and regulations in the Middle East.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and the Director of Administration, duties involve full marketing support to the Middle East and London offices, preparing proposals and presentations for potential client business and marketing purposes, maintaining databases and engaging in the firm’s webinars and ongoing training programs. Additionally, you will assist the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Officer as required and undertake training and programs to ensure you are up-to-date with rules, regulations and the procedures of the DIFC, DFSA and UAE, ensuring compliance by the Middle East Offices.

Requirements

We are looking for Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills and Interwoven Desksite would be an advantage. The ability to work on own initiative, self-motivation and good judgement ability are paramount together with a personable nature and the willingness to work as part of a team.
Working hours are 9-5.30pm.
