Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Sales:
1. Primarily responsible for marketing and sales of designated product range in a designated region or country. Work towards achieving the Sales Quota awarded and have a definite Strategy towards the same.
2. Configure products as per the order, follow-up on the items delivered, installation and visit customer to assure the support level.
3. Responsible for regular visits to the Hospitals, Medical Centers and Poly Clinics for generation of business lead.
4. Responsible for organizing meeting with the Doctors, Department In charge, Purchase Department, Bio medical and Inventory Management of the store.
5. Responsible for Contacting the Bio Medical for the Demonstrations and Logistics of the Analytical products.
6. Organizing Training & Conducting seminars for the Customers to create awareness of the products.
7. Responsible for demonstrations of the products and creation of new demand.
8. Configure products as per the order, follow-up the items delivered, installation and visit customer to assure the support level.

Customer Relationship Management:
1. Ensure regular interaction with the clients and providing optimum assistance through our products & services.
2. Responsible for ensuring maximum client satisfaction by rendering effective solutions for all customers needs.
3. Responsible for creating awareness amongst the clients about the new products launched
4. Align new Principals with the specialty to provide a complete solution to the end user.
5. Maintain client relationship and accountable for delivery of services as per promised time\Exhibit substantial expertise in tapping the right customer base, market segment, product information, and Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin. Accountable for gathering product knowledge, Clarifying doubts, Negotiating prices with the Principals.
6. Responsible for communicating with the Principals regarding the market scenario/requirement.\
7. Responsible for Preparing Business forecast and sharing with the Principals.
8. Ensuring Customer satisfaction by the coordinating with the Service support of the company and focus at building everlasting relations.

Market Intelligence/New Business Development:
1. Expertise in tapping the right customer base, market segment, product information, and Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

Others:
1. Responsible for Coordinating with the Order - Purchase Department for the timely delivery of the products
2. Keeping the line informed regarding the business prospects and progress through periodic reports.
3. Responsible for coordination with required collections personnel for the realization of revenue on time.

Requirements

- Graduate - Engineering
- MBA Sales & Marketing
- Necessary Technical qualifications to handle the segment

Should have Sales & Marketing experience in one of the following:
- Patient Monitoring & Critical Care Solutions
- Healthcare Informatics & Technology
- Anesthesia & OR Solutions
- Clinical & Laboratory Solutions
- Hospital & Patient Room Furniture Solutions
- Technical Support Services
- Radiology & Imaging Solutions
- Maintenance management Solutions
