Job description / Role
Triage is looking for Sr Marketing Executive for one of our Healthcare clients based in Dubai.
This is a new role where the Marketing Executive will be responsible for building the strategy for their brand new marketing department. This is a Hands-on role where the person will be responsible for developing the strategy, managing events, managing suppliers, managing branding projects & coordinating all branding events & programs.
Job Role summary:
To be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company and brand objectives.
To evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
To oversees all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Together with the management team, responsibility for developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Co-coordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
Driving the companies online profile through social media channels.
Requirements
Approximately 5-10 years of sales experience in the marketing industry.
A strong understanding of branding and its relevance to business.
Experience with a company in a media, advertising agencies.
Experience of helping develop, maintain and deliver on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Confident and dynamic personality.
Strong creative outlook.
A degree in Marketing would be advantageous although on-the-job will be entertained.
Must be hands on marketing specialist.
