Job description / Role
Kingston Stanley is currently recruiting for an Innovative Business in Abu Dhabi a Senior Marketing Manager, currently paying up to 42,000 AED.
The role is a 1 year contract only.
Based in Abu Dhabi, the role of the Senior Marketing Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize first-rate marketing campaigns for all corporate and events, according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver the event according to plan.
Requirements
You will also define objectives, monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and oversee quality control and compliance through process throughout event life cycle. To support the Vice President in fostering a culture of learning and mentorship within the team. You will need to establish final creative concepts, marketing, branding and communication plans, including any adaptations for each project. Define marketing scope, goals and deliverables that support event requirements in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Liaise with marketing stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve marketing goals. Manage campaign plan (Media, Digital, print production). Preparation of internal and external presentations related to marketing and draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary related to marketing.
