Senior Marketing Manager - CFC - Cairo, Egypt

Spanning 3 million square meters Cairo Festival City is a visionary mixed use urban community strategically located just 15 minutes from Cairo International Airport, along the Cairo Ring Road. Cairo Festival City features Egypt's first indoor-outdoor retail and entertainment resort combined with luxury residential communities, prime office spaces, internationally renowned hotels, schools and an automotive park all set within a lush landscaped environment.

As a result of continuous success and expansion, we are a looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to compliment our existing team in Cairo Festival City. The role will develop and maintain marketing strategies for Cairo Festival City through below the line and above the line marketing activities and effective utilisation of the media and public relations opportunities; with the objective of supporting and meeting targets and company objectives relating to awareness, image building and growth as well as insuring that representation of the project is consistent with its branding and market positioning as a leading real estate project in the region.

Candidates applying to this position will have a degree in Business Management or in a related discipline. In addition, preferably a post degree qualification, with a specialisation in Marketing or Mass Communication.

At least 7 years of working experience in marketing preferably marketing of shopping and commercial center(s), whilst experience and knowledge in real estate marketing and 3 to 5 years in a managerial position would be a definite advantage.

Local market knowledge is a plus for this position. Candidates who do not meet the above criteria will unfortunately be declined this opportunity.
