Senior Marketing Manager- Retail Real Estate based in Dubai

A Dubai retail properties group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for Developing annual marketing programmes for the companies managed retail properties and destinations. This person will serve as point of contact for retail leasing and assist in maximising retail revenue stream. Liaise with retailers on devising joint marketing initiatives as well as the effective utilisation of marketing budget as well as oversee the events.

Development of the retail marketing annual marketing programmes achievement of KPIs and allocation of budget

Key Accountabilities:
* Develop and Implement policies, procedures, and operational standards for the function in line with the departmental policies and procedures
* Development of the annual marketing and advertising plans for all managed retail assets
* Effective utilisation and spend of the marketing fund as well as dedicated retail budget
* Assist in the development of retail-related website content as well as social media for retail and other marketing functions teams
* Lead the in house design team and manage the scheduling of all requests as well as the adaptation of artworks and the development of newsletters, templates, website updates and on line customer communications. Serve as the point of contact for all interdepartmental requests.
* Events & Sponsorship: manage all retail related mall events and activations as well as the company's participation in exhibitions. Liaise with external suppliers on all required logistics and supervise the design and build function. Identify high profile sponsorship opportunities to reinforce the groups vision and values in the public's mind. Develop event database as well as post events survey in order to measure effectiveness of participation and identify areas for improvement. Support the promotion of retail destinations as a by engaging with relevant authorities and 3rd parties.
* Production: Source and oversee the production of all collaterals and merchandise to agreed timelines.
* Briefing of agencies on required artwork including advertising, collateral graphics & visuals required for media and promotional events.
* Development of RFP scope and evaluation criteria for relevant projects or events. Identify and select required suppliers based on cost, capability, and understanding of requirements.

Requirements

* 8-10 years in the retail marketing capacity
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
* Experience in Retail, Real Estate or Properties
* Experience across Marketing, Branding, Communications and Advertising
* Strong interpersonal skills and organisation skills
