Senior Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager

A global, independent Financial Solutions consultancy is now seeking a Senior Marketing and Corporate Communications Manager to join their Middle East team. The individual will report directly to the CEO and work closely with senior management and sales teams to develop and implement the annual company-wide communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

* Responsible for managing the yearly marketing budget and on-going monitoring of ROI and effectiveness of all on and offline marketing initiatives.
* Responsible for the marketing initiatives in all of the clients offices worldwide.
* Recruit and manage current team in the Marketing & Communications department.
* Monitor all activities to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to by all offices following rapid company expansion.
* Responsible for editorial, advertising and promotional copywriting.
* Responsible for internal communications across the company including the implementation and editorial management of monthly digital employee bulletins.
* Responsible for external communications including implementation and copywriting of monthly digital newsletters, regular information bulletins and targeted marketing campaigns.
* Design and develop online and print marketing collateral for each office.
* Responsible for overseeing the build, development, and management of the company websites and overseeing the development of other company related websites.
* Implement, develop and monitor innovative social media campaigns to drive traffic to company websites and ultimately generate new business.
* Developed strategic relationships with key members of the press for both B2B and B2C titles.
* Organising and overseeing PR events including exhibitions, sponsorship opportunities, client evenings and coordinating a regular seminar program.
* Good working knowledge of SEO and web analytics.

Skills and Experience

* 6 years experience within Marketing and Corporate Communications
* Preferably experience in the financial services market
* Experience in the set-up of the Marketing function
* Strong knowledge and experience in strategy and implementation
