Senior Master Planner

Senior Master Planner - Riyadh Saudi Arabia - Salary TBC

Our client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia is looking to recruit a senior planner officer to develop, monitor and control the organization master project plan for all BT related projects executed under BT PMO, so as to provide a consolidated view of the projects execution process, that will assist the development of synergies and the efficiency of project management

Key skills required
- Planning and Project Management experience
- Ability to identify projects Dependencies (Internal & External).
- Experience in creating a structured project management culture
- SDLC (Prince 2)
- Rollout management
- Issue/change management
- Risk management

The successful planner officer will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring the appropriate planning and management of the PMO scheduled activities.
- Creation, maintenance and distribution of project plans and templates.
- Building and maintaining PMO Master Plan for all related projects and Initiatives.
- Identification and highlighting cross-projects dependencies.
- Identification and highlighting projects issues and proposed resolutions.
- Identification and highlighting projects risks and its mitigation.
- Ensuring quality deliverables by projects teams.
- Provision of consolidated projects progress reports to Senior Management.
- Woking closely with Portfolio Managers.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any suitable degree
- International project management certification, e.g. PMP, PMI
- 10-12 years of relevant experience across multiple support areas including BT operations, Technical Support, project management, and application maintenance and support, of which at least 5 years in project management within a Banking environment
- English: Advanced
