Job description / Role
Our search focuses on a creative individual, who has a strong passion for urban design and planning and is eager to take on the next stage in their career. Interested candidates would require ambition and an engaging positive attitude to work as part of a team in a dynamic urban environment.
Responsibilities:
* Direct and participate in all phases of small and large scale projects in master planning and urban design
* Establish and conduct key client liaison that enhances business development
* Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to clearly and succinctly explain urban design plans and concepts
* Ability to pay close attention to details while focusing on the big-picture
* Ability to create high quality graphics, maps, diagrams, renderings and/or sketches
Requirements
* Senior level with 12-15 years of related experience
* Architectural Degree/ Masters in master planning
* Fully competent in all conventional aspects of planning
* Advanced knowledge of practice methods in planning with the ability to creatively apply knowledge to protect content
* Computer skills: MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD. Revit and Adobe Suite all a plus
